Self Care: It’s Not Just About Getting Dolled Up, Waxed and Pampered.

Hello Everyone.

Welcome Back! If you are new, Welcome. This week we are talking about “Self Care and why it is not just about getting dolled up, waxed and pampered.” It is also about taking care of your Soul, Spirit, and Inner Being! I know that I have mentioned this before but it is important to talk about it again. We must remember to focus on taking care of our Soul, Spirit and Inner Being in order to continue to move forward in our lives. Being stuck in one situation is not healthy for us as a result it can cause us to ignore our spirit, soul and inner being which then lead to depression and so much more.

Take time and reflect on what we are experiencing at the moment and see how we can address it. How can you handle it? What can you do at that very moment to fix the situation? These are important to ask yourself in order to get you to realize how this is effecting you internally.

A person I know once said to me “Everything is Going to be Okay and even if not at that moment it will be.” For this I am forever grateful because now moving forward I will hold onto this and push through and you can too.
