Self Care Is Learning To Love Yourself…

Hello Everyone,

Welcome Back! If you are new, Welcome! As we start with a new month I thought I would start with something we all have to practice. Learning to Love yourself. As part of “Self Care is important In Order to Love Yourself.” Without loving yourself you are not going to ever care for yourself. It is important that you understand that Self Care goes hand and hand with Loving yourself.

Self care means you care about yourself and you are capable of pulling yourself together through the hardest times and most difficult challenges. How? Simple, You simply create positive energy when you take care of yourself. That means you love yourself enough to want to put yourself first.

Learn to love yourself enough to be able to be comfortable in your own skin. Love yourself enough to be confident in who you are. When I say be confident I don’t mean be arrogant. I mean be so confident that when you walk into a room people stop and notice from across the room. Be able to shake off any negative comments. Anyone who is says anything negative about you is really just someone who is so insecure that they are intimidated by you.

You are probably thinking to yourself that this person is full of herself. No, think about it, just because you are confident it does not mean you are arrogant or coincided. Being confident means you no longer care what people think about you. That is a blessing because those are the people you do not want to keep in your life.

I will share something with all of you briefly. I am a confident person and it shows. Guess what the number one comment I hear as a result? Oh wow Carrie, you are nothing like I assumed you were. When I ask what they mean by that? The response leads to this… I thought you were a stuck up bitch. I usually smile say thank you and walk away. Why? To be honest, I do not care what anyone thinks of me. I have been through so much in my life and been bullied that their words no longer hurt me. I would rather they assume I am someone I am not then get to know the real me. Let that sink in for a minute. Re read that last part. If someone really wants to get to know you they will. I have a small circle of friends but to be honest, that is all I need.

If you are ready to start a new chapter in your life reach out to me today and let’s get your started.
