Self Care: Never Be Too Hard on Yourself.

Welcome back! If you are new, Welcome. Let’s talk about this week’s self care tip. “Never be too hard on yourself.” It is important that you are never too hard on yourself because it is not good for yourself esteem. You cannot perfect anything. Just know that by trying your best you are doing more than someone who is not even trying. No one is being hard on you but you. You are your own biggest critic and your own worst critic. Take time to reflect on how hard you are on yourself. Think about the changes you can make to accept who you are.

Sometimes when we are hard on ourselves its because we fear that we are letting someone down. We are never letting anyone down but our own self. If you are, remember it is not you, it is the person themselves. You cannot control how someone feels. You can only control your own thoughts and behavior.

Being hard on yourself just means you have unrealistic expectations of yourself. Change that by changing the way you think of yourself. It is never too late. Let go of what you cannot control. Start taking the steps to a better you today by joining my program.
