Know When To Walk Away…

Hello Everyone,

Welcome back! If you are new, Welcome. Today we are talking about “knowing when to walk away.” Here is why it is important to know when to walk away… I always talk about how important it is to focus on self care. As part of self care we must know to walk away from anything or anyone that is preventing us from taking care of ourselves the best we can. If you can’t walk away from the situation 100% or if you cannot walk away from the person 100% then you must find away to leave the situation and find something to do for a couple hours.

Use this time to sit and reflect on the situation. Think about what it is you can do to fix the situation if you can. If not think of a solution to overcome the obstacle. I am not saying ignore it. What I am saying is to focus on a resolution even if it is only temporary. You do not want this obstacle to get in the way of your mental health.

Maintaining self care and your mental health is important so you do not end up in a deep depression and feel like you have no way out, There is always a way out of the obstacle even if it is for a short time. Focus on your self care and know when to walk away!
