Welcome back! If you are new, Welcome. This week we are talking about Writing Down The Triggers of Your Stress and Let It Go. As part of self care we must acknowledge our stresses in our daily lives. It is important to do this in order to help overcome your obstacles, to help you push through and not give up. It is important to acknowledge this to help you through this and not alone.

Life as we know it always presents us with obstacles and stress. It is how we choice to handle it that is important. Part of self care is acknowledging that we have stress and we need help. There is no shame in asking for help. We are human and we all have some type of stress. You are not alone.
