Setting Goals To Travel.

Hello Everyone,

Welcome back! If you are new, Welcome. This week our self care tip is about traveling. We should work on setting goals for ourselves to travel. Its important to do this as a type of self care so can take care of our mental health. As you know, it is important to do this in order to keep ourselves motivated and take care of our mental health.

Think about a place you have visited or want to visit and write to down. Write it down and focus on setting whatever goals necessary to accomplish this. Do whatever it takes to accomplish this goal and don’t give up. When you set it be realistic about it. Don’t set a date because it might take longer than you expect. However, push yourself as motivation.

One thing to remember is everything takes time. How much time is up to you! Part of self care is investing in yourself and enjoying life. Don’t let life pass you by! Don’t make excuses about why you can’t. Think long and hard about what is holding you back.

I have a friend who travels about 4 times a year. She works a regular full time job and has a side hustle. Her side hustle pays for her trips. She said to me recently while visiting me her next trip is going to be to Mexico. She is motivated and working hard to meet this goal.

I am setting huge goals that will be accomplished soon. I am working a regular job but working 3 side hustles and running this business. Its not about how many jobs you take on.
