Self-Care Write Down Positive Thoughts.

Welcome Back! If you are new Welcome! Let’s talk about why it is important to write down positive thoughts. As part of Self-Care it is important to focus on writing positive thoughts to help us stay focused on yourself. This goes hand in hand with reflecting positive thoughts. It is important to not only write down the positive thoughts but to reflect on the them so if you are going through a challenging time you can focus on something positive.

It is important we take care of our mental health when we are experiencing hard times. For example, recently I was going through a lot in my family so I was struggling with trying to get through the hard times. I had doctors and nurses trying to prepare me for the worst and expect me to be stressed out to the point I felt alone. I did not stop to think about anything positive the first 24 hours. It took me praying to God and grounding myself to finally stop and realize that I needed to surround myself with positive thoughts. Its not easy but it is necessary to help you through the hard/challenging times.
