Welcome Back! If you are new, welcome. Let’s talk about keeping a habit journal. It is important for us to keep a habit journal so we can keep track of what we are doing with our time daily. Not only should it include our time at work but it should include our free time. For example, if your free time is reading to your children then write that down. Write down everything you do and take a look and see where your free time is going. Is your free time being used only for others or are you making free time for yourself too?

Its okay to help others and give your free time to others. Just make sure you are making time for yourself too. Keeping a habit journal is there as a reminder that you need to take care of yourself too. Its okay to make time for yourself.
