Its Okay Not to Be Okay. Wellness Wednesday.

Hello Everyone,

Welcome back! If you are new here welcome. Today we are going to be talking about how its okay not to be okay. We all reach that point in our lives where we go through so much to a point we feel like we are never going to recover from it. We often feel like life is just throwing curve ball after curve ball no matter how hard we try. Sometimes we feel like our life is just getting worse no matter what we do. Its okay not be okay. Its how we react to that matters.

We must not let the negative out weigh the positive. When we feel like there is no else to fight for that is when we must relay on being around the positive people in our lives the most. Don’t let a temporary situation get in the way of your happiness. Remember to Spend time with people who are good for your mental health.

Life is not easy and as someone who has experienced darkness and loss I can honestly say that I can fully relate. Its how I have reacted to it that has allowed me to keep going. I have always tried to find the positive in every situation and know that the storm I am in is only temporary. Is it easy? No! I was in therapy for 7 years and I had a lot of work to do on myself to get me to where I am today. Do I slip up? Absolutely. That makes us human. Do I sit in the storm and do nothing? No! I get lost in my hobbies to bring me back to where I need to be mentally.
