Blocking, Muting, Deleting, and Unfollow Is Self Care.

Welcome Back! If you are new, Welcome. Let’s talk about how it is sometimes necessary to Block, Mute, Delete and Unfollow in order to take care of yourself. As a form of Self-Care it is okay to block anyone necessary, mute people temporarily, delete anyone when they are toxic and its okay to unfollow anyone. Just because you have people in your life, it does not mean that they need to stay in your life. Read that again….

Often times people are in your life for a reason, season, chapter or a life time. However, don’t keep the wrong people in your life just because you think you have to. I have deleted and blocked people I grew up with because they were toxic. To be honest, they should have been removed from my life years ago but I held onto the friendship because I thought they owed my loyalty. Not the best idea I ever had and let me be the first to say that. Has my life gotten better since I blocked and deleted them? Absolutely! I held onto the friendship for 34 years and it was a bad idea.
