Now you may be thinking that vision boards have nothing to do with self-care but it does. You need to stay focused and motivated on goals that you have for yourself. One important thing you do not want to do is lose site of your own goals while doing things for others. Once you start to lose site of it, you begin to abandon your self-care and then you start to resent people or have regrets. Life is not meant for you to have regrets or resent people. Life is about learning from lessons.
