Hello Everyone,

Welcome back to my blog, If you are new, Welcome. I want to start by apologizing for my absence as I was working on my own self-care. With that being said, let’s talk about "journaling our thoughts into a journal to help express anything that is bothering us is a form of self-care.” As part of our self-care it is important for us to be able to express ourselves. Sometimes we have no one to talk to and the only thing we can do is hold in our thoughts and feelings. This is not a good idea. It is important for us to express ourselves even if we have no one that we can actually turn to.

This is where journaling our thoughts about anything that is bothering us is helpful for our self-care. We can express ourselves freely and it will really help you to feel better.
