We must find a way to express needs and know that its okay to and not feel guilty. We are human and all of us need to find a way to express ourselves. Your needs are important just like anyone else’s. If you can’t do it with those around you then take a step back and look at whether or not these people are really who you want in your life. Even if they are family it does not mean you need them in your life. Remember no one has the right to say that your needs are not valid or important..
